Attack on the Constitutional Court, changes in the public media and the migration crisis
In this publication, the authors focus on recent developments in human rights in Poland and, in particular, the crisis in the functioning of the Constitutional Tribunal tasked with protecting them. They also look at the operation of the public media and recent changes in the law that have affected its operation and limited its independence. They also address the problems arising from the migration crisis, which is now a concern for the whole of Europe.
